About these checks and activity counts
Services are checked every minute from Eventuri’s hosting region. Open a service row to see what is checked. These checks do not simulate a complete sign-in, payment, model download or hardware session.
Activity counts are distinct accounts with a recent successful desktop licence validation. “Recently online” means a validation in the last five minutes, not a guaranteed live connection. Daily, weekly and monthly figures use the latest validation still retained on an account. Older desktop versions may validate less frequently. Historical activity starts when monitoring begins.
Uptime is the percentage of recorded checks that responded successfully, including slower responses. Missing observations are excluded. Unreachable services and slow responses can create automatic incidents after two consecutive checks. Times for updates use your local timezone; daily availability uses UTC.
This page is separate from the licensing application but shares its hosting server. A complete server or network outage can also affect this page. If reports stop arriving, their status changes to unknown.
